As a seasoned accounting leader, you will have the opportunity to spearhead our APAC accounting operations.

With your expertise, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective accounting framework across the region, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance with corporate standards.

You will work closely with regional stakeholders to provide accounting and tax compliance support, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and closing processes. Your goal will be to generate valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

This role requires a strong leader who can define and align regional financial and operational processes with corporate finance leadership. You will also be responsible for establishing and enforcing internal controls frameworks, including expense management and travel policies.

You will have the opportunity to lead special financial initiatives as needed and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

In this position, you will need to possess over 7 years of experience in a leading financial role in multinational companies. A CPA certification with Big 4 firm experience is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, with Mandarin and/or Korean being advantageous.

You should have extensive experience managing statutory reporting requirements in APAC and in-depth knowledge of local tax, VAT/GST, and CIT requirements. Experience with Pharma/Biotech companies is desirable, as is familiarity with NetSuite ERP Systems.
