We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our regional finance function. As Regional Financial Strategy Executive, you will play a critical role in driving financial growth and success across our APAC markets.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with regional objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Lead the consolidation of financial results across APAC markets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Treasury and Funding Operations: Manage treasury and funding operations, including cash flow forecasting, credit facilities, and regulatory covenant compliance.
- Internal Controls and Compliance: Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with US GAAP (and local standards), and risk management practices.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with finance teams across multiple markets to drive process improvements, standardization, and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and leadership roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
