Job Overview

This senior leadership role oversees regional finance strategy, operations, and systems across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional financial strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to ensure financial health.
  • Adapt global financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting) to regional needs.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive financial leadership in a multinational organization.
  • At least 3 years in a senior finance role within a multinational company.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, project controlling, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of country-specific accounting standards within the Americas.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; strong grasp of data management and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support regional operations and business development.
