Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Campus Manager.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our campus. Key responsibilities include managing and ensuring the smooth running of the campus, proactively engaging with customers to build rapport, and supporting management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate class schedules, arranging replacement teachers when necessary.
  • Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining ERP systems and tracking withdrawals.
  • Liaise with landlords and perform other duties assigned by the Operations Director.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
Working Hours

43 hours per work week: Monday - Friday 1.30pm - 7.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 9.00am - 7.30pm.
