Job Opportunity: Campus Leader

Roles & Responsibilities:

">
  • Manage daily campus operations to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and progress.
  • Develop effective sales pitches through in-depth knowledge of the curriculum and programs.
  • Collaborate with management to devise strategies for increasing sales.
  • Coordinate campus events and communicate program details to customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and manage communication platforms.
  • Handle customer inquiries, student enrollment, and post-sales services.
  • Coordinate class schedules and arrange substitute teachers when necessary.
  • Monitor attendance and follow up on makeup lessons.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including ERP maintenance, student records, and withdrawal tracking.
  • Share expertise and provide guidance to direct reports.
  • Motivate team members to achieve service excellence and center targets.
  • Liaise with landlord on updates.

Qualifications:

">
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

">
  • 43 hours per work week.
  • Monday: Off.
  • Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM.
