Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of our campus, and proactively engaging with customers to build strong relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage class schedules, arrange for replacement teachers when necessary, and monitor student attendance.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining ERP systems, student records, and tracking withdrawals.
  • Liaise with landlords and perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Director.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
