Campus Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the campus, engaging with customers, and building strong relationships with students and their families.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and executing strategies to increase sales, managing customer communications, and providing exceptional service excellence.

  • Coordinate class schedules and arrange replacement teachers as needed
  • Maintain accurate student records and track withdrawals
  • Liaise with the landlord on updates
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Director

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask
