Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ACMV Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and managing ACMV projects, as well as strong technical knowledge of mechanical ventilation systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Preliminary Design: Develop preliminary designs during project tenders, including developing budgets for ACMV projects and creating and evaluating designs and budgets for Design and Build tenders.
  • Client & Consultant Coordination: Liaise with clients and consultants to understand project requirements and address and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery, plan and allocate manpower effectively, supervise site activities and coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.
  • Project Engineering: Oversee the engineering aspects of ACMV systems, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs to stay within the allocated budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) works
  • Diploma in mechanical engineering
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software
  • Added advantage: Proficiency in building electrical equipment
