ACMV Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ACMV Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proposing alternative designs, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose practical and cost-saving alternative designs that meet relevant building codes.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues.
- Represent the company at site meetings and other meetings as required.
- Coordinate workers and make accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions relating to work matters.
- Ensure details in subcontracts and purchase orders are accurate and meet project specifications.
- Manage projects efficiently, including scheduling and lead coordination of the project team.
- Source competitive costs for equipment and subcontractors to minimize project expenses.
- Guide the team in designing and deepening shop drawings, reviewing shop drawings, and submitting As-built drawings after project completion.
- Submit monthly progress claims to clients and monitor variation works.
- Recommend interim payment certification to suppliers/subcontractors and access suitable subcontractors and workforce.
- Assist in tender estimation, variation quotation, and costing preparation, and assist the project manager in preparing budgetary statements.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 10 years of experience in ACMV systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and BIM.
