ACMV System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ACMV system specialist to provide expertise in planning, installing, and maintaining complex air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and heating systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning and implementing ACMV system installations, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ducting, and mechanical ventilation units.
- Supervising site works and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Troubleshooting system faults and providing technical solutions for breakdowns and performance issues.
- Maintaining accurate documentation for variation orders, work certifications, and contract claims.
- Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for ACMV systems, including building management system (BMS) integration.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, including design, installation, and operation.
- Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
