ACMV Systems Installation and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ACMV Systems Installation and Maintenance Specialist to assume responsibility for the assembly, installation, and testing of air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and heating systems in commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, install, and test ACMV systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and specifications as required by the project plan.
  • Read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate system design and implementation.
  • Maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems to prevent equipment failure and ensure safe operation.
  • Troubleshoot ACMV issues using appropriate testing devices and take corrective action to resolve problems promptly.
  • Ensure timely availability and condition of materials and equipment necessary for the completion of tasks assigned.
  • Resolve installation or technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate progress records and submit regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project.
  • Provide updates to clients and ensure satisfaction with the work performed.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ACMV systems and electrical/electronic principles is essential for this role.
  • Experience with hand tools and fabrication techniques is necessary to construct and fabricate parts as required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams is critical to ensure accurate system design and implementation.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills are vital to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
