Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ACMV Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, ACMV systems, and mechanical engineering.

The role involves managing overall project schedules, directions, and budgets for ACMV projects. You will be responsible for leading and handling a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinators, and sub-contractors.

  • Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payment claims, variation orders, and extensions of time to the main contractor.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, materials, equipment, RFA, and RFI.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and attend essential meetings.

Our team is looking for a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills. If you have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, and at least 15 years of experience in ACMV and BMS systems, we want to hear from you.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and prepare project schedules and execution plans.
  • Good knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
