">About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities:- To monitor and maintain the upkeep of facilities, including cleaning, waste management, and equipment maintenance.
- To coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
- To prepare and submit inspection reports, as well as propose inventory of spares.
- To conduct monthly equipment checks and daily venue inspections.
- To coordinate reactive cleaning or repair work with cleaning or technical teams.
- To prepare administrative matters for handing over and taking over of event spaces.
- To manage finance-related matters such as purchase requests and service orders.
- To track TAM case(s) and complete them promptly within contractual timing.
- To execute, supervise, and manage venue ad hoc project works.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Diploma in facility management, building services, or engineering related disciplines recognized by BCA.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Event planning experience is desirable.
- Good safety, health, and environment awareness.
