Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to contribute directly to production quality, process improvement, and new product launches. This role involves providing day-to-day technical support to production teams, ensuring optimal product performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to production teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage product definition and evolution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement quality improvement activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate new product introductions and support customer return investigations, maintaining key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Design Authority and cross-functional teams across departments to achieve common goals.

  • Contract Type: 1 year contract, with possibility of conversion to permanent based on performance.
  • Completion Bonus.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Requirements:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering.
  • 1-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical support environment.
  • Prefer applicant who has experience working in aviation industry.
