Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Automation Expert to join our Enterprise Platforms Engineering team. The ideal candidate brings a passion for quality, a strategic mindset, and deep expertise in test automation.

This role requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to work across diverse teams with varying levels of experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend components.
  • Build end-to-end test scenarios using tools like Selenium, Postman, Cucumber.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Define test strategies that align with product and release goals.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to review requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and load testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of Experience in Quality Automation Testing.
  • Hands-on in UI, API, backend automation (Selenium, Postman, Cucumber).
  • CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Strong in test strategy, defect tracking (JIRA), and root cause analysis.
  • Skilled in performance testing using JMeter.
  • Able to mentor, review code, and improve QA practice.
