Job Title: Automation Testing Expert

We are seeking a skilled Automation Testing Expert to join our technology team. As an Automation Testing Expert, you will play a key role in driving the quality of our front-office FX trading systems by designing robust automation frameworks and ensuring all releases meet the highest standards.

Job Description:

As an Automation Testing Expert, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and enhancing automation frameworks for new and existing product features. You will write and maintain automated test scripts, develop and maintain automation frameworks, and configure and manage test environments for functional and regression testing.

Responsibilities include analyzing test results, maintaining detailed test logs, and generating historical test data reports. You will also document defects clearly and thoroughly, including reproduction steps, logs, and test data.

You will collaborate closely with developers, QA leads, product managers, and support teams to ensure overall product quality. You will assist in refining product requirements and acceptance criteria with a focus on testability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

- 3–5 years of experience in automation testing and/or a strong development background with an interest in automation

- Proficiency in Java and Python, especially in Linux or similar environments

- Working experience with at least one widely used test automation tool (e.g., Selenium, QFTest, QTP, Playwright)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, and source control systems such as Git

- Prior experience working on front-office trading systems; knowledge of FX trading is a plus
