Job Title: Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Expert to join our team. As a key member of the organizational unit, you will play a vital role in supporting the deployment of quality strategy and ensuring sustainable operations.

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for conducting thorough investigations on customer return products, identifying issues, and determining root causes.
  • You will perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Your expertise will be showcased by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.


Responsibilities
  1. Investigate Customer Returns: Conduct thorough investigations on customer return products, including collection of data, analysis, and identification of root causes.
  2. Root Cause Analysis: Perform RCA to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and develop strategies to mitigate future occurrences.
  3. Corrective Actions: Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or extensive hands-on experience with electrical components.
  • Strong understanding of low voltage circuit breakers, contactors, and other electrical components.
  • Experience with using digital equipment including voltage generators, current generators, digital recorders, etc. is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • High proficiency in English; Chinese Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is nice to have.
