Civil Building Services Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers, ensuring timely service delivery and compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
">- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring timely service delivery and compliance with KPIs
- Manage contracts end-to-end, from drafting and negotiation to monitoring performance, handling disputes, and maintaining documentation
- Lead and build accountability within the Site Building Trade team by setting clear expectations, deliverables, and performance standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, with minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in management of Civil & Building services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects. Certificate in Fire Safety Manager/Officer or relevant fire safety experiences will be advantageous.
