Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Systems Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and development of our building systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in civil/building systems and facilities operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure all building systems are functioning properly;
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to perform routine maintenance and repairs;
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all activities;
  • Providing technical guidance and support to staff members.
Requirements:
  • Min. Degree in Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil/building systems and facilities operations;
  • Strong understanding of contract and vendor management;
  • Good communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
