Job Overview:

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of Civil & Building services, including facilities management, vendor management, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Operations & Vendor Management: Support daily operations, investigate breakdowns, inspect systems, and monitor performance.
  • Contract Administration: Assist with drafting, monitoring, compliance, dispute resolution, and renewals.
  • Standard Operating Procedures, Audits & Risk Management: Develop SOPs, conduct performance audits, identify risks, and support audit preparedness.
  • Project Support & System Upgrades: Provide input on system design, plan upgrades, and coordinate replacements.
  • Team Development & Knowledge Sharing: Work with team leads to build capabilities, participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, and support learning opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing Civil & Building services, facilities operations, or improvement projects.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with staff at all levels.

This role requires a strong understanding of building services, facilities management, and contract administration. The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service, work well under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when required.
