**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring smooth execution of structural, architectural, and landscaping works.
- Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and workers to deliver works on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and design queries.
- Oversee basement excavation, structural construction, M&E coordination, and finishing works.
- Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies across all site activities.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Prepare and present site progress reports, incident documentation, and updates to management.
- Support Project Manager on variation orders, claims, and contractual matters.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of site management experience in building or civil projects.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven ability to manage large-scale projects.
