Strategic Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking an accomplished and innovative professional to lead our clients' digital transformation journeys. This exciting role involves designing and executing tailored change management strategies to drive user adoption, manage resistance, and create a sustainable change environment.
About the Role:
This senior-level position requires a seasoned expert with 10 to 15 years of experience in change management, preferably with a PROSCI certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and technology adoption in the workplace, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans, creating awareness among employees about the benefits and applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot, and facilitating training programs to meet the learning requirements of different user groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed user adoption strategies tailored to each client's unique workflows and requirements
• Identify key stakeholders and users affected by the technological shift, and design a comprehensive change management plan
• Engage and inform employees about the upcoming changes, clarifying the reasons and impacts in an understandable and relatable manner
• Facilitate awareness sessions to ensure all employees understand the benefits and applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Design and deliver customized training programs to meet the learning requirements of different user groups
• Provide adaptable and practical training to prepare employees for the integration of Generative AI into their daily tasks
• Identify and address resistance to change, empowering employees to embrace new technologies
• Listen to feedback and incorporate it into the change management plan to mitigate resistance effectively
Requirements:
• Strong process orientation and familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• A working knowledge of large-scale technological implementations
• Brings a strong professional presence in all environments
• Experience creating, leading, facilitating, and training virtual and in-person training
• Experience creating and supporting communication and change management plans
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
