**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for digital optimization and innovation.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend digital tools and platforms to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of new digital systems, ensuring integration with existing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user adoption and operational success.
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Monitor project performance using metrics and analytics to assess impact.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors
- Communicate transformation strategies, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Train and support teams in adopting new digital processes and tools.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on data insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategic analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and change.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
