Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our clinical laboratory operations. As a Clinical Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various laboratory protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a licensed clinical laboratory. They will also possess knowledge of quality management systems and accreditation standards such as ISO15189 and CAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and oversee laboratory protocols for clinical and non-clinical projects
  • Train and manage lab staff on protocols and procedures
  • Ensure laboratory operations comply with regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot and optimize protocols for maximum data quality and output
  • Oversee Quality Management System and Laboratory Information System

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Life Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a licensed clinical laboratory
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, quality management systems, and/or clinical accreditation
