Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

A Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a facility to ensure that it runs efficiently and effectively.


About The Role:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of cleaning staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Provide guidance and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance to inform decision-making

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily tasks with staff to ensure smooth operation
  • Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards
  • Managing staff performance through constructive feedback and coaching
  • Collaborating with management to develop strategic plans and policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Detailed knowledge of facilities management practices and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
