Workforce Development Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of Workforce Development Specialist. In this capacity, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing workflow applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting both production and development needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, building, and deploying new workflows and forms using K2/Nintex Designer and Smart Objects, gathering requirements through collaborative efforts with stakeholders.
  • Maintaining functional and technical documentation for workflows and applications, updating content whenever changes are made.
  • Conducting unit, integration, and regression testing for fixes, upgrades, and migration activities, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Performing bug fixes, upgrades, and performance tuning across UAT and Production environments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Supporting compliance and security activities, including VAPT exercises and adherence to ICT standards, promoting a secure environment.
  • Updating and maintaining documentation for all workflows and applications whenever changes are made, facilitating knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in application support, bug fixing, and workflow management, showcasing adaptability.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow platforms such as K2/Nintex Designer and Smart Objects, proficiently utilizing tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards (e.g., ICT frameworks, VAPT exercises), applying best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in documentation, effectively communicating solutions.
  • Experience in testing methodologies (unit, integration, regression) is an advantage, demonstrating expertise.
