Sales Executive

Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our after-sales services for HVAC systems and fire solutions to commercial ship owners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin.
- Expand after-sales services for HVAC systems and fire solutions to commercial ship owners.
- Collaborate with the services support team to grow after-sales offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Develop strategic relationships with customers to secure successful outcomes.
- Update and maintain sales pipeline and development activities in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of sales experience working within the Marine or Offshore Oil and Gas market.
- Familiarity with HVAC or fire detection/suppression systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into clear, tangible value-driven proposals.
- Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative global team environment.
- High level of business acumen with strong strategic agility.
