Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and company procedures to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Plan and execute annual secured order strategies aligned with departmental goals, achieving business sales targets with year-over-year growth expectations.
  • Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers, leading negotiations and bidding activities to optimize profit levels for the company.
  • Close orders to achieve assigned goals and targets, ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Provide regular reporting on secured verticals, revenue attainment, and non-financial metrics to the management team.
  • Establish and maintain long-term service relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify customer requirements and develop sales leads to drive business growth.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and report periodically to the company.
  • Independently develop and follow up on HVAC projects to provide solutions for customers.
  • Promote HVAC products and systems in design institutes, industry associations, and integrators in the region.
  • Conduct cold calls and new business development activities.
  • Explore and execute end-to-end HVAC projects, providing product and industry solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing positions, preferably in direct selling industrial machineries.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive hunter personality.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and selling skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
