Job Title: Service Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Operations Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume restaurant environments and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily front-of-house operations during breakfast, lunch, or dinner service.
- Lead and guide the service team to ensure smooth and efficient buffet service.
- Greet and assist guests, manage seating, and handle special requests or feedback.
- Ensure buffet stations, dining areas, and tables are clean, well-stocked, and orderly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding team to ensure food replenishment and cleanliness.
- Train and support new or junior staff on service standards and procedures.
- Assist in managing staff schedules, attendance, and daily briefings.
- Monitor guest flow and help manage queues during peak periods.
- 2-4 years of F&B experience, preferably in buffet or high-volume restaurant operations.
