To assist the Resort Manager to oversee all aspects of Clubhouse operations and ensure services standards at the highest quality level with satisfaction.
- Effectively implement the Clubhouse SOPs and policies
- To assist in managing all Clubhouse staff (Attendance, staff issues, counselling etc).
- To conduct briefing with staffs regularly to understand any work issue or improvement on work processes
- Streamline the work processes to improve the work efficiency
- To manage closely the guest feedback and incidents reports on any investigation and findings
- Work closely with the housekeeping teams and term contractors on the operations and maintenance
- Ensure all terms contractor contract is renew in a timely manner
- To handle Clubhouse activities, event and sales of functions room
- Assist in preparing annual budgeting report for the Clubhouse operations
- Provide secretariat support and prepare minutes on weekly operations meeting
- To handle any ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the Managers or Director

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism, Business Management or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience at Supervisory level.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving skills, resourceful, written, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be able to work on weekends, when there are events.
