Director of Dining Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales forecasts and manage payroll costs.

Guest Experience:
  • Promote proactive guest engagement.
  • Increase sales through direct customer interactions.

  • Resolve guest complaints efficiently.
Leadership and Development:
  • Foster a culture of mentorship and behavioral excellence.
  • Exercise hands-on leadership by supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Drive consistency in service standards within the team.
  • Utilize performance reviews to identify and develop talent.
Training and Growth:
  • Conduct regular on-the-job training sessions for colleagues.
  • Track and submit monthly On-the-Job Training hours.
  • Guide new hires through departmental orientation.
