Restaurant Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional leadership skills and be able to effectively manage restaurant operations from start to finish.

  • Hiring and Training:
  • Hire and train staff to meet customer expectations, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide a high-quality dining experience.


  • Health and Safety:
  • Ensure a safe dining environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.


  • Financial Management:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenses, to ensure the restaurant is running efficiently.


  • Inventory Control:
  • Coordinate ingredient orders for the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards, minimizing waste and excess inventory.


  • Customer Service:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and feedback management, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee restaurant operations, opening and closing on time while maintaining efficiency, ensuring seamless service and a positive dining experience for customers.


Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Licensing: Valid restaurant license and any other relevant licenses
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and train staff
  • Inventory Management: Ability to coordinate inventory and minimize waste
  • Purchasing: Knowledge of purchasing procedures and negotiation techniques
  • Sanitation and Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Cashiering and Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Scheduling and Food Service: Ability to manage scheduling and food preparation
  • Hospitality: Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
