Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Air Freight Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks for air freight operations, both for exports and imports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage air freight operations, including updating data according to airline specifications and labeling cargo when needed.
  • Print air waybills and produce all necessary documentation.
  • Update electronic air waybills, house manifests, and pre-lodge cargo with SATS.
  • Schedule air cargo space with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and international agents.
  • Provide guidance and support for air cargo operations.
  • Help organize import shipments and plan their delivery.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling air freight operations and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to efficiently work with shippers, airlines, and agents.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly to email correspondence.
