Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational needs.
- Hiring Manager Partnerships: Build and maintain close relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job scopes, and craft accurate job descriptions.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation, to ensure timely and efficient hiring outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
