Executive Talent Attraction Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Executive Talent Attraction Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent attraction strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align talent attraction strategies with long-term business objectives.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and industry platforms.
- Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and other strategic partners.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that reflect our organization's culture and values.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback, and candidate experience.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proven recruitment experience (preferably in healthcare).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and creativity in problem-solving.
