We are seeking a seasoned talent attraction professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing long-term manpower planning strategies that identify and develop the right talent pipeline to drive business growth and employer branding.
\You will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and develop innovative talent attraction strategies that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
\Your key responsibilities will include identifying appropriate sources of talents, managing strategic partnerships with educational institutions and government agencies, and utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
\You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, track and report on key talent attraction metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
\To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare sector.
\Additionally, you should be proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related tools.
