Senior Talent Attraction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent attraction strategies to source and hire qualified candidates.

  • Collaborate closely with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective talent attraction plans.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
