About the Job

This position involves working closely with our platform's user interface and experience teams to ensure a seamless candidate journey. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with potential candidates, leveraging various channels to identify the right talent, and creating personalized strategies to keep them engaged.

Your goal is to enhance the candidate experience by streamlining interactions, addressing pain points, and providing valuable insights through data analysis. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to our platform's growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with high-potential candidates across diverse platforms and networks.
  • Bespoke communication, tailored outreach efforts, and relationship nurturing to maintain candidate interest.
  • Create engaging content (articles, videos, webinars, etc.) that offers value to candidates and keeps them informed about opportunities.
  • Analyze candidate behavior, preferences, and feedback to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve the candidate experience, ensuring it aligns with their needs and expectations.
  • Data-driven decision-making to inform recruitment efforts and drive results.

Requirements & Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Essential experience includes talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, sourcing strategies, candidate relationship management, and recruitment technology. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms for candidate engagement, data analytics, and content creation is valuable. Strong networking skills, excellent communication, both written and verbal, are essential for building relationships with candidates, employers, and industry professionals.
