
Workplace Services Coordinator

As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of workplace experience services. This includes managing employees who provide concierge, reception, meeting and event management, and administrative office duties.
This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, which provides world-class customer service to clients and visitors of designated buildings.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor their training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring processes.
- Coordinate and manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships by negotiating with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities.
- Ensure support provided by the team is efficient and consistent, suggesting process improvement efforts and assisting with developing strategic solutions.
- Assess technological and training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients, always following safety standards.
- Develop vendor partnerships to achieve cost savings, manage negotiations for contract services, and confirm that all vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation.
- Oversee programs ran by third-party vendors, ensuring all invoices for business services are accounted for.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with company values, influencing parties of shared interests to reach agreements.
- Apply knowledge of own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may arise in existing systems and processes.
