We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing daily maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of our facilities.
About the Role:- Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with internal and external contractors to execute maintenance in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze and improve equipment reliability to prevent recurrence with production teams and contractors.
- Prepare and review spare parts lists and equipment data inventory control to ensure critical spares availability and optimize spare parts management.
- Analyze and improve equipment reliability to prevent recurrence with production teams and contractors.
- Manage annual shutdown/grade change maintenance (work planning, site work management, liaison with contractors and production teams).
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC system maintenance/inspection of plant electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts when E&I problems occur, quickly diagnosing the cause and ensuring effective repairs.
- Support implementation and participate in continuous improvement efforts in areas of safety, quality, environment and health management systems.
- Act responsibly for safety of self and others affected by actions or omissions at work.
- Assist management in reducing major accident hazards to ALARP and escalate when necessary.
- Work as part of a team, support inter-departmental works and demonstrate company values.
- Evaluate all maintenance activities compliance with EHSQ policies by review and implement MSRA.
- Strong technical skills in maintenance and reliability engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of CMMS and other maintenance software.
- Hands-on experience with PLC system maintenance/inspection of plant electrical and instrumentation equipment.
