Job Summary:

As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our plant equipment. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing predictive maintenance programs, identifying areas for improvement, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of plant inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design temporary engineering solutions and resolve plant issues efficiently.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Condition Monitoring techniques and Predictive Maintenance tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge on gasket replacements and bolt torquing to ensure leak-free joints.
  • Familiarity with Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) interfaces with mechanical systems.
