Chief Plant Reliability Specialist

Job Summary:
This role involves ensuring plant reliability and efficiency by planning, reviewing, and implementing predictive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute predictive maintenance strategies that align with OEM recommendations and industry best practices.
- Monitor equipment life expectancy to optimize performance and identify potential issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical problems to implement corrective actions.
- Design temporary engineering solutions to resolve plant issues efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering with relevant experience in a power plant or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Condition Monitoring techniques and Predictive Maintenance tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of gasket replacements and bolt torquing to ensure leak-free joints.
- Familiarity with Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) interfaces with mechanical systems.
