Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical plant equipment.

  • Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting: Provide timely technical support to resolve mechanical issues for static and rotating equipment.
  • Maintenance planning and execution: Implement and improve preventive maintenance plans using SAP, collaborating with planners and other supervisors to minimize corrective maintenance and enhance equipment reliability.
  • Safety and compliance: Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring all maintenance work complies with HSE best practices and Permit-to-Work systems.
  • Continuous improvement: Propose and document equipment improvements through the Management of Change process and develop new work procedures to increase maintenance efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience in a maintenance role within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Static Equipment (e.g., pressure vessels) and Rotating Equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors).
  • Familiarity with industrial standards such as API and ASME is desirable.
