**Job Role Overview**

This key role is responsible for leading a team of Concierge, Bell Services and Doormen to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that all hotel policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to while fostering a culture of total guest satisfaction.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hotel's operations and be able to effectively communicate information to the Chef Concierge and other department heads.
  • This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong focus on delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized welcome services to guests, including offering warm and sincere greetings.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Schedule tickets for theatre, sporting events, and local attractions, and make necessary arrangements for transportation.
  • Update the database with information about city highlights and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Communicate effectively with Chef Concierge and other department heads to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.

  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
