Front Desk and Community Coordinator

As a Front Desk and Community Coordinator, you will be the face of our studio, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing class bookings, and promoting memberships to drive growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members and guests with a smile and provide them with a positive first impression of our studio.
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently, including booking and payment processes.
  • Promote membership sales and events to increase revenue and engagement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio space to create a professional environment.
  • Support our instructors and studio team by providing assistance as needed.
