**Job description for Studio Administrator (part time) at Chemistry**:
To grow our Singapore studio, Chemistry is seeking a Part-time Studio Administrator to support our operations.
You are someone who understands the need for meticulousness and detail in everyday routine processes. You have good organisational skills that help manage the complexities of administration to make it easy and accessible. You value integrity and enjoy building social connections and with your colleagues in an open, flexible and vibrant working environment. Whilst you thrive on structure and routine, you are ready to take on challenges that go beyond your routine.
You know a thing or two in administration of finance and accounting related matters - and fearless in engaging with government agencies such as IRAS, CPF and MOM for the interest of the business. You are comfortable to work remotely and adapt to virtual environments too.
We seek a trustworthy team player to build out the foundations and contribute towards making an impact with our team to make things better.
**At Chemistry, you will(key tasks)**
- Manage financial accounting administration. This includes
a) month end **closing **and **reconciliation**
b) monthly **payroll **and **expense claims**
c) tracking of **budgeting **and **cashflow**
d) checking of **GST **and **financial statements**
- Operationalise and administer various HR schemes that include
b) tracking of **annual leave **records
c) implementing **Work-From-Home **schemes
d) planning and logistics for **company **retreat **and **social activities**
- Support general **studio maintenance administration **such as
a) scheduling of **air-conditioning **servicing
b) stocking of consumable **studio supplies **(i.e. stationery and pantry)
- Work with the senior team to put together the administrative paperwork required for **project proposals **and **tender submissions **.
- Support project teams in **logístical support **in projects
**Relevant experience & mindset...**
- Prior experience in financial accounting and office HR administration.
- Able to operate remotely in virtual work environments.
- Comfortable with technology and familiar with basic digital tools and software.
- Have an open mindset and attitude to learn and take on new challenges.
- Values trust and understands the need for reliability.
- Possess good time management and organisational skills.
- Understanding of a consultancy business and operations is a huge plus.
