Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the yoga studio, including scheduling classes, maintaining records, and handling inquiries.
- Greet and assist clients in person, via phone providing information about classes, pricing, and studio policies.
- Process class bookings, payments, and membership renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with yoga instructors to ensure smooth class scheduling and room allocation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the studio space, including yoga rooms, reception area, and amenities.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, such as updating social media platforms, and organizing studio events.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements in studio operations and customer service processes.
- Monitor inventory levels of studio supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.

Uphold studio policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in administrative roles and/or customer service positions, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate studio schedules and events.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in promoting health and well-being through yoga.
- Able to work splitshift/ Flexible working hours.
