Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our subcontracting efforts as a Subcontract Supervisor. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing subcontract plans, working closely with project teams to define commercial terms, and managing the subcontractor selection process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. You will also be responsible for preparing and issuing subcontract documents, evaluating subcontractor performance, and managing change orders and disputes.

If you possess a degree in Business, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying and have at least 5-8 years of experience in subcontracts, we encourage you to apply. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent interpersonal skills will be valuable assets in this position.
