Job Title: Procurement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising contract administration for assigned projects, including project procurement, main contract and subcontract administration, and evaluation of price comparisons and costing summaries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Tender and Bidding Team to prepare tender cost proposals for management review, and compile mandatory submission documents.
  • Manage and supervise contract administration for assigned projects, covering project procurement, main contract and subcontract administration, and evaluation of price comparisons and costing summaries.
  • Assist in sourcing and comparing quotations for project material requests, liaise with suppliers and purchasing teams, and monitor project order schedules.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final submissions.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in contract administration, procurement, and project management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
