Project Manager Specialist

We are seeking an experienced project management professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives, scopes, and schedules through collaboration with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Implement and uphold a consistent quality control, documentation, and change management framework.
  • Build client trust and engagement through proactive communication, problem-solving, and timely project reporting.
  • Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a culture of ownership, clarity, and high performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Infocomm Security Management, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering qualifications.
  • At least 7 years of proven project management working experience and related technical skills in the information technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.
  • Proven analytical skills to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Good communication skills with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Deliver presentations with a logical mindset.
  • Strong networking skills and knowledge.
  • Understanding engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering.
